The welcoming staff were fantastic. the extremely comfy beds and amenities in the superior king room, such as the electric kettle, air conditioning, and personal safe, were great. - the breakfast provided a wide variety of food at a reasonable price. - the hotel is located in a marvellous and unbeatable location, easily accessible to all transportation options.

The grand deluxe king room was fantastic. All of the staff were super friendly. - the hotel's location is perfect, close to both Taksim and Sultanahmet districts.

Every thing was good

The hotel staff were extremely attentive, on a 1st name basis. Beds were very comfortable - slept 8 hours straight :). Convenient, short taxi ride to major areas for business meetings.

The hotel was clean, wonderful, had very, very nice staff at the reception desk. The room was spacious with safe for safety measures, and a mini fridge bar, coffee/tea making equipment, and a sitting area. The view was AMAZING and breakfast was relatively cheap. The fact that Gayrettepe subway station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

Room was very old. Towels and pillows were dirty and smellling. We asked new than they change but still not clean fir 5 star hotel. Room cleaner got into room directly at 8 amwe were naked. She make it twice. One night ago we stayed other 5 star in istanbul with similar price at the same location an itwas comparing dedeman. My idea is dedeman is gettin poor quality.

The staff especially the front desk and Manager she was unhelpful like most of the staff. Room & Toilet cleaning was poor. Rooms and facilities were poor need renovation.

The rooms here are practical and recently renovated, featuring an additional bed and a bathtub for extra comfort. 🛁 You'll also find a nice touch with a welcome note to greet you upon arrival.

I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. the location is great as it is in a very nice area on the outskirts of the central area, close to Gayrettepe Metro station. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was excellent. They were always friendly and willing to assist with any requests. The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive, with amenities like air-conditioning and a bath tub provided. Lastly, the breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from.

Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

Three small elevators are not sufficient.
